China Aluminium Corporation (CHALCO) and R&D Carbon Ltd. have agreed to sponsor the 2nd International Carbon Conference to be held in Kunming , Yunnan Province, China from September 18 – 20 2006. Mannweiler Consulting and Zhengzhou Light Metals Institute have been charged to organize the Conference
